  My experience at this Starbucks has been fantastic.  True, there are times when the line is very long but it's in downtown Nashville and if they are busy on a regular basis that tells me they must be doing something right.  My drink orders are always filled quickly and I've not had any problems with the quality of my drinks or food.  The baristas at this location are friendly and I always look forward to stopping in when I can.

  Shambles.  Been here twice now and customer area untidy. Half open packs of waters and plates still in same place as yesterday.  No names on cups.  Customers confused when drinks called that several ordered. Portable Stanley cold air blower on counter due to poorly designed A/C system.  Staff don't seem to work as a team and overall ambience is dreadful.  Service is slow.  Will walk further to alternate location next time.

  We live in the condos above this Starbucks and have been over 10 times. However, after this visit we will not be back. Previous reviewers stating that there are long wait times, inexperienced employees, poorly made drinks, and incorrect completions of orders are 100% correct. I asked for a latte with almond milk and it tasted like a hot cup of water. We ordered the everything bantam bagel bites and after two times of explaining our order to the male employee received an everything bagel. Lastly, our egg bites were given to us in an OATMEAL CONTAINER with no lid. Therefore, my egg bites spilled out and were found smushed on top of each other. Terrible service, knowledge of menu items, and overall food quality.
  
  If you are in Nashville from out of town, DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS and visit the Dunkin Donuts downtown, Downtown Sporting Club café, the diner, or any of the hotels such as Noelle for coffee.

  Not a real SB, no rewards so I don't understand how they have a storefront in a downtown metro area? No wifi and they screwed up my drink, nice work! Won't be back.

  Geesh!  OK the girl was new but the guy working w/her was no help.  It was 8:30ish and there was one person in line in front of us.  We ordered 2 iced teas & 1 order of bacon egg bites.  When we turned around to go wait for our order there were 11 people in line behind us!  The guy told her she needed to multitask as he walked through the door to the back where it sounded like a party.  Turns out at 9:00 "the party" went on shift and the poor girl at the counter got some help.  Out of the then 4 baristas only 1 knew what hustle means.  I get that the new girl hadn't found her groove yet but other than the one who knew what customer service is, the other 2 were just there at their job!
